There is no minimum age. We tell the stories of homes of all periods, from brand new builds to centuries-old properties. Every home has a history worth discovering.

Please allow approximately 5–6 weeks for house history books and eBooks, and around 4 weeks for posters. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the depth of research required.

No. You do not need to be the homeowner to commission a house history. We regularly research rental properties, and our histories also make thoughtful and unique gifts for friends and family.

This is extremely rare. However, if we are unable to locate sufficient quality information to complete your chosen package, we will contact you to discuss the options available. This may include upgrading or adjusting your package (for example, creating a poster instead of a book), offering a partial refund, or providing a full refund if appropriate.

We cannot guarantee specific discoveries, but we use professional research methods to explore all relevant sources and interpret the information available with accuracy and care.
